Refund window
Refund requests are considered within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course has been watched.
How to request
Email us from your registered address with your payment id. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
Non-refundable cases
Requests made after the refund window, or where a substantial portion of the course has been consumed, are not eligible.
